Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website. Last updated 21 October 2026.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. This website has not yet been formally audited by an independent organisation, so we cannot claim full conformance, but we build and test with these goals in mind.
What you can expect
- Text sizes use relative units. The page responds to browser text size settings and to page zoom up to 400% without losing content or needing sideways scrolling.
- The site works on phones, tablets and desktops.
- Light and dark themes, following your device setting. Use the theme button in the header to change it.
- A “skip to main content” link and a consistent page structure with headings and landmarks.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are described in text and linked from a summary.
- Animation is kept to a minimum, and we respect the “reduce motion” setting.
Known limitations
- The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, and our service desk and remote support pages are provided by other services. We do not control their accessibility, though we will help you by another route if you cannot use them (for example, by phone).
